iCAM (Inventory Control & Asset Management) - Get control of your supplies, equipment and inventory with iCAM, a complete inventory and asset management application specifically designed for emergency preparedness organizations. iCAM can be used to manage pre-identified medical surge, pandemic influenza, and bioterrorism-related public health and emergency medical services material, equipment and assets. iCAM’s primary purpose is to inform personnel about the real-time availability of needed supplies and to track the delivery of needed materials in an emergency.

iCAM is a web based scalable application that enables you to track your inventory according to your needs. Begin with a single facility license and expand as you grow or as your needs change. Easily track items at multiple sites and locations within each facility. Items can be tracked by grants as they are added into the system which allows you to report in real-time the remaining balance of materials per grant. iCAM allows you to log basic maintenance records on assets such as fire extinguishers and will monitor future maintenance dates. The system also manages non-consumable assets which may be checked in/checked out for use during specific events (e.g., satellite phones, radios, laptops, generators). Sydion’s iCAM enables agencies of any size to systematically track inventory and assets with optimal transparency and accuracy.
